This appointment should be selected if your main concern is your tinnitus and you want to better understand where your tinnitus comes from and what can be done to help you better manage your tinnitus. The appointment consists of a comprehensive hearing and tinnitus test as well as an explanation of how your tinnitus might be produced allowing you a better understanding of why you suffer tinnitus. We will also give you any options available to better manage your tinnitus and help you achieve some relief if at all possible.

This appointment is suitable if you are not sure you have hearing loss or your doctor has recommended you have your hearing checked. It is a comprehensive hearing test which will provide us and your doctor with clues as to the cause and severity of your possible hearing loss.

Select this appointment if you simply want to discuss your hearing needs to hearing aids with us or if you unsure of what we might be able to do for you. It is basically a meet and greet appointment, where we will do our best to answer nay questions you might have about our products or services.

Select this appointment type if you suspect hearing loss, but are not completely sure. We will check your ears for wax or blockages, make usre you have no blockages in your middle ears and also perform a quick hearing test, confirming either hearing loss or normal hearing. We will then either recommend further testing, for which we will deduct the cost of this appointment or simply inform you that your hearing is normal and leave it at that.

Lyric Pre-Candidacy Appointment (Robina and Chastwood Offices only)

Select this appointment if you are interested in finding out if you are a suitable candidate for Phonak's Unique Invisible, hassle free extended wear hearing aid. We will complete a candidacy checklist which includes a case history, a visual inspection of your ears and cleaning of your ears (if necessary), a hearing test and measurement of your ears if all else checks out.
