Have you checked the battery?

   
  • Have you tried a new battery from a different packet?

     

    A faulty hearing aid battery is frequently to blame for an apparently "dead" hearing aid. Make sure it is not the hearing aid battery by trying a new battery from another packet, and allowing the battery to "breathe" for two to three minutes after removing the tag, before inserting it into the hearing aid. Also make sure the battery is in the right way round.
