Terms and Conditions: "Pay What You Want" Hearing Aid Assessment
Eligibility: This offer applies to clients booking our Hearing Aid Assessment Appointment for Self Funded clients. It does not apply to Hearing Service Program appointments, hearing aids, accessories, consumables, services, aftercare, or any other appointment type unless explicitly specified.
Payment: Clients are not obligated to pay for the service if they did not find value in it. If they did find value, they should pay what they feel is fair.
Payment Timing: Clients will receive an email or text after their appointment with a link to make the payment. If clients insist on paying immediately after the appointment, they can do so.
Feedback: Clients will be asked to provide feedback about their experience. This feedback is optional but greatly appreciated.
Follow-ups: If clients do not fill out the form or make a payment after the appointment, they will receive up to two follow-up communications.
Bonus Fund: If a client elects to do so, 10% of the payment they choose will go into the clinic's fund where the client attended. This fund will be used for local clinic team-building events. The bonus fund contribution is entirely voluntary and will only be deducted from the payment amount if the client chooses this option.
Changes to the Terms: Value Hearing reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients in a timely manner.
Compliance with Laws: Clients agree to comply with all applicable laws in relation to their participation in this offer.
Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, Value Hearing will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from this offer.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
